At its heart, this program is about peer-to-peer learning: learning from and with fellow senior leaders, and practicing how to foster collaborative innovation in a real and practical way. The China Immersion takes participants to China, visiting Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Qingdao.
This year's immersion culminates in exclusive, invitation-only access to the ZeroDX 2026 Forum in Qingdao — hosted by HAIER, the Business Ecosystem Alliance, and Gary Hamel's Management Lab.
Explore China's rise to innovation leadership and visit Hong Kong institutions shaping the environment for talent and innovation — including HKEX and HKUST.
Visiting organizations such as HAIER, explore how curiosity and openness to customers' journeys can give rise to ecosystem-wide innovation.

Our final day brings delegates to Qingdao for the exclusive ZeroDX 2026 Forum — hosted by HAIER, the Business Ecosystem Alliance and Gary Hamel's Management Lab. Participation is by invitation only.
