WHAT IS THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE PROGRAM?

Launching for the first time in Paris in 2025, “L4i • Leading for Innovation” is brought to École des Ponts Business School by Maurizio Travaglini and Architects Of Group Genius. It is an immersive and collaborative leadership development experience, designed to enable executives and managers to reframe their perspectives on how to face situations of complexity and uncertainty, while evolving their approach to real innovation-related challenges.“Real Life” over “Case Studies”

  • Participants’ real-life experiences are the subject of their work and reflection. They will choose and bring to the program an innovation-related challenge that is critical to them, using it as both a “live case study” and a tool for their development. Practice over Theory
  • Learning modules are primarily focused on active experimentation. Participants will apply new approaches to their work, using theory and frameworks to help ground their new learnings.Collaborative over Individual
  • The approach to teamwork and co-design is unusual and extremely collaborative. Participants will join a social process of developing new ways of thinking, being, and acting, together with their peers who face similar challenges and are on a similar developmental journey.Emergent over Fixed
  • The pedagogy is designed to expand the participants’ capacity to improvise. Participants will work in a learning environment where they will grapple with complexity and uncertainty, and learn how to better approach them in a protected space.
