You will zoom in on a challenge you are currently facing—one that is at the top of your list—and you will use it as a “live case study” as you apply different theories, approaches, and frameworks.
You’ll bring back a new interpretation, a new approach, and a new set of experiments.

Starting from your strengths, you will observe yourself in action, reflect on the way you show up and invite others to contribute, and process the notes, observations and questions that fellow participants will offer you.

Be deeply and actively engaged.
Don’t expect any slides, podium or fixed seating—but plenty of whiteboards, markers, and music as well! You’ll shift from active work in small groups to individual assignments (writing, journaling, mapping, reading) to facilitated plenary conversations, where collective “sense-making” can push everyone’s work to a higher level
