You will zoom in on a challenge you are currently facing—one that is at the top of your list—and you will use it as a “live case study” as you apply different theories, approaches, and frameworks.

Don’t expect any slides, podium or fixed seating—but plenty of whiteboards, markers, and music as well! You’ll shift from active work in small groups to individual assignments (writing, journaling, mapping, reading) to facilitated plenary conversations, where collective “sense-making” can push everyone’s work to a higher level
