Yes, the program has been designed to include both the helicopter view on business and the toolbox that every top manager needs to master.
Both schools are internationally accredited, which means that we are committed to equipping our participants with the skillset required by companies around the world. Simply put, the program’s approach is to prepare participants for the future of business. So we’ve integrated the latest research on instructional design, learning and neurosciences to offer a next-generation learning experience.
The LeadTech Global Executive MBA uses traditional EMBAs as a starting point, integrating innovative approaches and pioneering methodologies along the way. You can find some of the most powerful innovations listed here:
We are sad to see the dreadful effects that MBA rankings have had on business schools that play with statistics or make their decisions based on the expected outcome of rankings. We don’t believe that the criteria put forward will help candidates understand the value a program can create for them.
However, we know how hard it is to cut through the marketing noise and that recruiters are influenced by rankings. We’ve done our best to design what we believe is the right curriculum for the fourth industrial revolution. This includes learning from some of the best professors from around the world.
Before its redesign, the program was ranked 39th in the world by The Economist. We hope that the unique edge the program provides our participants will be further recognized in the future.
The LeadTech Global Executive MBA has been jointly developed by two top-ranked, internationally accredited institutions: École des Ponts Business School and EADA Business School are both accredited by AMBA, the Association of MBAs. EADA also holds the EQUIS accreditation from EFMD, the European Foundation for Management Development.
Our graduates report an average 25% salary increase for their post-MBA job. However, bear in mind that there are as many different profiles as the number of candidates in each cohort. For instance, many of our graduates end up creating their own startups – and earn less money after their E-MBA than before. And many participants change jobs during the program with a salary progression of 30% to 40%.
That said, our goal, through our leadership courses and the support we provide via executive coaching, is to help you land your dream job. What is that? It’s a job that resonates with your life purpose, that has an impact, and that you’re good at. We’ve learnt this is more rewarding than numbers on a paycheck…
Deciding to pursue an Executive MBA is an important life-choice.
We cannot encourage you enough to do your due diligence. What is the business vision and the culture of the school(s)? What is the mindset in the classroom and in the community? How will you balance the workload with your personal and professional lives?
Assess the learning outcomes, meet with our school representatives, and most importantly, we invite you to get insider information: we organize events on a regular basis where you can meet with faculty, alumni and current participants, as well as get a taste of what the LeadTech EMBA experience can be. This is as much an exercise of practicing emotional intelligence as one of building fact-based analysis.
As business is increasingly global, and relocating and extensive travel is part of the executive life, we know that a globally recognized postgraduate degree is a tremendous asset in the corporate world.
By joining the LeadTech Global Executive MBA program, you join a combined network over 160,000 members strong, including CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, experts and government officials.
