What happens in between the course weeks?

In between the course weeks, participants will be busy with:

• One-to-one Executive Coaching sessions (online)
• Optional Support Sessions with faculty (online)
• Reading and preparation for the following Residential Weeks (at your own pace)
• Prepare pre-and-post assignments
• Online courses:
  1) Harvard Business Publishing - Business Essentials (at your own pace)
  Example topics: Writing and Presentation, Skills Talent and Human Resource Management,
  Finance and Accounting, Project Management, Spreadsheet Modelling
  2) Circular Economy certificate courses
