Julie holds an MSc Neuroscience from the University of Oxford and is Certified Professional Co-active® Coach (CPCC). She spends most of her time transforming teams and leaders in large organisations around Europe. With a background in psychology and neuroscience, she is passionate about the mechanisms that facilitate change and growth. When she is not training groups in organisations, Julie works with managers and executives who want to make a more powerful impact in line with their vision for themselves and their organisation.
Julie loves to challenge existing ways of doing things and brings her scientific and artistic mindset to everything she does. She holds that a flexible, daring mindset is the key to effective leadership. Julie has published several scientific articles in international, peer-reviewed journals and is currently developing a theory of change and leadership.
She is fluent in English, French and German. Originally from Paris, she lives in London. Its eclectic mix of cultures, landscapes and people, as well as the many green spaces it has to offer, make it her favourite city in the world.
